Maximum PC

Hello experts !

Sometimes I receive e-mails which attachments I would like to open but I receive this message from my p.c.: "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options Control Panel"

So I have been looking for that "Folder Options" in my Control Panel but I don't find it.

Questions: where is it ? and what I am supossed to do when I find it ? how do I do it ?

In Windows 7 (I assume it's something similar in other versions): Control Panel > Programs > Default Programs > Set Associations
