BEFORE ANYBODY GIVES ME THAT LINK WITH 15 ALTERNATIVES:

I'm looking for an alternative to windows explorer because I want to upgrade to windows 7 but I don't want to have to deal with the fact that I can't turn off auto arrange in the folders. I like sorting things the way I want to and 7 doesn't let you do that yet, and I can't find an alternative file system that does. Anybody know of one?

I've seen the hack but I'd rather just use an official program/change. I haven't upgraded yet so I don't know.
