Well now with the US finally getting the OTA update, what are people thinking about it? I get fed up with waiting and updated last night manually from this site, http://www.androidcentral.com/how-manually-install-android-15-cupcake-without-rooting-your-device

I love it so far, a lot of nice eye candy, and runs smoother. This would have helped a lot if this OS version was released at the start of Android.

I like it, except that it erased one of my preloaded wallpapers. Yes, I know I can d/l whatever wallpaper I want, but it's the principle of the matter.

Don't you have to have some sort of emulator to run Android on your desktop? Android on x86 is very, very alpha right now. Seeing as to how mobile phones are running ARM processors, I'd think you'd need an ARM emulator.

Select Linux as the Operating System and Other Linux as the version. It works fine! No need to change settings.

Wicked! im downloading Android right now, and i'm going to do that.

*Sigh* torrents are amazing but my stupid ISP knocks my speeds down to dial up if i use them. and look! this is a perfectly legal reason!

I'm wickedly excited to try this out!

EDIT: i read the install files on LiveAndroid v0.2, and its x86 compatible!
