Hi,

Im just looking for a good laptops barebone, Turion or Centrino preferred, but it must have a gpu that is powerful (say x700 or equivalent or above) and if possible, id like it to be removable. Costs doesnt really matter, i just need to see my options.

Thanks

Unfortunately I don't see anything like that in Clevo's lineup.

All their laptops with removable graphics are all the desktop replacements and mobile workstations, which all sport PEntium 4 desktop chips.

Their Centrino and Turion products still carry fixed graphics adapters.

Clevo = Sager, Pro-Star, Alienware, VoodooPC, Eurocom, etc

This looks like their high performace Centrino model:

What's your budget?

My barebone budget was going to be $1000, i had plans on getting a cheapo 1.6 ghz centrino on ebay and i already have a few 40 gig hdds. I thought they would come without those 2 things, but i guess not.

Ahhhh, why is it that they stick the 6800 and x800 in the p4 editions but not the centrinos or turions.... gay.

MSI makes a fantastic barebones with the a turion and a x700 and they are sub $1000. I sell them in my store and they are pretty darned fast too. I think it's like a 1032 model but it's on MSI's website.
