I picked up the
iRiver H10 over the past weekend and I really like it. I like it much better than the IPOD mini.
Advantages over the IPod Mini
*Replaceable battery* - This is the biggest advantage considering the IPod batteries seem to go bad very quickly .
Extra battery can be charged on the dock along with the player
Color Screen - although people don't care about that.
Picture Viewer - quality is below par though
FM Radio - Useful in the gym when the television sound is broadcast on FM freq.
Voice Recorder
The iRiver and the IPod mini compare in size and weight. iRiver claims 12 hour battery but thay highly depends on usage habits and bitrate of the MP3s you are listening to.
