Maximum PC

I have a nokia e51 which i don't like and I have had for 3-4 years. It uses an old cingular sim card before at&t bought it so i have them as my carrier. I have been nagged by my family to get another one since it only rings for 5 sec before I miss a call.Here's what i want in a phone:

[*]adobe flash capable for my media site

[*]android

[*]smartphone features

I will most likely plan on putting cyanogenmod on it using my ubuntu machine. Though I must have my same number with at&t. I am not a big fan of the whole phone contract thing. I also am not able to spend a lot. So any recommends on phones would be appreciated.

You want a Nokia 710 then.
