My cell provider just offered to upgrade my cell phone and they have 3 Android based phones available with this promotion.

1) Samsung Nexus S (Gingerbread) $49.99

2) Samsung Galaxy S Captivate $29.99

3) LG Phoenix $19.99

I'm going to compare phones but I know next to nothing about Android phones since I've been an iPhone user for the last 2 1/2 years. Which one would you chose?

Obviously they require that I extent my contract when I upgrade and they all have the same length of upgrade so that's not a factor in choosing.
