What are some of the best and easiest books to learn C# with? The only programming experience i have is a month of visual basic 6. I dont know if i want to be a programmer but I want to try it out now and if i like it get ahead before i go to college/university.

Do you want to learn to program, or do you want to learn to program in C#?

They are two different things and should be approached differently.

Learning to program is like learning to drive; learning to program in C# is like learning to drive a particular model of car.
