In order to work for Google you need a Master's Degree in something fairly relavent to computing and then to get their attention you need to find one of their billboards with an obscure problem on it. The solution will likely lead you to a website where you can contact their HR department.

One of my friends applied to Google after he got out of NYU, trust me, you need your shit together to work for them.

I will second that..I've applied to at least 3 positions with Google and all 3 times they emailed me back one week later with those same dreaded words

"Sorry, but we are considering other candidates at this time"

Google is a great company to work for. They take care of their employees, not to mention GOOGLE stock continues to skyrocket :!:

Chances of anyone getting a job at Google are slim and none. I read on CNN i think awhile back that google had something like 1million applicants last year and hired somewhere around 2 or 3 hundred. Couldnt find the article, but those numbers are in the ball park..so good luck to ya.

ya, with a company like Google, they can be picky. My friend is an execitive admin and she could not even apply for Google because even the admin (secetarys) need a collage degree.

guyvii I've had enough of your poor grammar, you are telling everyone in here that you haven't been to college by misspelling college on two different posts lol

I'm just messing with you but just so you know...
"collage" is
An artistic composition of materials and objects pasted over a surface, often with unifying lines and color.

No, he meant that they need a collage degree, although I'm sure some similar degrees (basket weaving, mosaics and tile sculpting, or fresco management) would suffice.

LOL!
Ya, that's what I meant.
Ya, right
I will take more time on my postings. Between my poor typing skills and my poor spelling, we are doomed. I guess that's why we need a spell checker is english. If we spoke spanish we would could sound out the words and just need a bag of accent marks and let people sprinkle them where required.
