Does A+ certification (the learning process) have any math? If so, it won't be my cup of tea. If not, where can I find such a course in Canada? I did a Google search for "A+ certification" and found too much info. I'd like to do if from home, if possible. I live close to (but not in) the city of Camrose, Alberta.

No math is involved in the A+ certification (either exam). Grab a book, study, take the tests. Don't even think about paying for a class. If you can't learn these very basic concepts from the book - you're looking in the wrong field.

Well then, which books would you recommend for studying?

I prefer Exam Cram's titles. Mike Meyers' also makes a decent series of certification books.

If I had to choose one - I'd go with Exam Cram though.
