Maximum PC

I am interested in going into Computer Science later in my life. What math class would you recommend College Algebra or Trigonometry? (High School math). Also should I try to get certified before going to college?

Algebra, though in college for CS mathcourses would involve both - or at least it did for my curriculum.
I dont think there's a need for certification unless you're looking for something in particular.

I agree with magi, you should take both if at all possible. with CS, EE, CE, etc. you can never have too much math.

Certification: I can only give you my opinion. Cert's are good if your going into IT, if you are going into CS (I'm assuming you are wanting to code?) it wouldnt matter to me. I was a recruiter for Framatome Technologies for a few yrs and we gave cert's zero weight on a application for all engineering positions.
Now in your case being in HS, a cert. would be a way to get an entry level postion, say for a summer/part time job. In that case, having real world experience in a technical environment, would give you a HUGE leg up over others applying for an entry level CS job.

If your going go for the Computer Science Program, be prepared to take very high levels of mathematics. Like Calculus, Analytic Geometry, and Linear Algebra & Differential Equations type stuff. Computer Science relies very heavily on Mathematics. However, if you mean a degree where you use a computer a lot but don't need such high levels of mathematics, take the Computer Information Systems route, it's part of the Business Program. Like me, I only need mathematics up to Statistics, and even then, it's hard for me.
