How about trying the computer in Windows accessories. It has a conversion calc built in.
Or is that too easy? :idea:

Easily done in Windows 7 as can be seen here, however, that little chunk of software was written long before Windows 7 or for that matter Vista. Originally written for Windows XP which lacked the functionality of the Windows 7 calculator. :)
