Wet And Chilly Chips, has been making a reservoir that looks like a reserator for a few years now. It is not a setup like a reserator, no pumps, tubing etc. It is just a reservoir that actively aids in the cooling of the system by being constructed of aluminum and being finned outside and ribbed inside.

I have wanted one for awhile, but they have no US sales partner. Well I finally got a shop in UK to sell me one. Yes it cost me a bit and I waited a long time for delivery, but its well worth it. I got the older one that has only 1 in and 1 out. They have new ones with 2 each in/out for these ultra high flow systems.

I am now ready to start the duallie watercooling project. The case (which is as big as a double wide trailer) blocks , pump and tubing have been in and I was just waiting for this gem to complete it.

That is the reservoir not radiator, I will have a dual 120mm heatercore on this setup too. Heres the 12"X5" radiator.

With cooling systems that use radiators like that I'm surprised there are not alot more case mods that look like car or truck grills.

We shall see. My temps have always been on the high side using 2 SLK8's with 80MM LED fans. This should reduce my temps by quite a bit I hope.

Well I started mounting some stuff. The duct tape will get replaced with wire ties :P

The WACC Rez ended up being trick in my install. I decided to use it and a dual 5.25 bay rez made by DangerDen. The bay rez is mounted at top of case and feeds the WACC which is sunk in to the floor of the case.

This allows me to unseal the bottom cap of the WACC under the case to bleed system easy. The the Bay rez slides out of the bays for easy filling ;)

Now I need to dremel holes for the other 6 120MM Delta's.

The radiator size doesn't make that much of a difference, it has been proven in the past... it's the characteristics like airflow resistance, internal pressure drop that really matter.

Which is why I chose a large heatcore over a large standard radiator. It is less restricting on the flow :)
