Maximum PC

Okay so for starters this will be my first build. So I'm not going all out on high end parts incase I stuff something up.

So my question's are as follows:

Will a OCZ Fatal1ty series 550w be enough to power a nvidia gtx 550ti and a AMD FX-6100 6-Core plus the RAM, optical drive etc.
I know they are defianatly not the best of parts but oh well.

Secondly. The case I have chosen has USB 3.0 on the front panel. And is running from a USB 3.0 motherboard header. Does this motherboard; Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 have an input for the USB 3.0 header? I couldn't see anywhere in the description of the product where I looked.
