Maximum PC

Hi! I'm trying to find the components for my first build that will be assembled by a friend. I just need some help on a few things and I figured I would try asking the community here.

1. Will it cause a bottleneck?

2. Will it need overclocking? No clue how to deal with this nor do I want to.

3. Will it run these games on High-Max?

-BF3
-Max Payne 3
-Far Cry 3
-SWTOR
-Diablo 3
-Future games for a couple years.

-Western Digital Cavier Blue 500GB 7200 RPM 6gbs
-Crucial M4 128 GB SSD
-Corsair Carbide 400R Case
-Asus 24xDVD-RW Optical Drive
