Maximum PC

I am attempting to overclock my netbook (AO751h). I know, I am not using it for gaming, I just want to make it easier to use. I already done as much as I can to make xp move faster, everything from 2GB 800mhz ram, a big battery, and a ton of other tweaking in XP.

I cannot do anything in the bios. I have tried FPS (if I got the name right) and it didn't have the correct configuration for my netbook. I would like to know if there are any other OC software that is usable, reliable, and would least likely to make my netbook unstable or destory it.
