Maximum PC

I need a laptop that does not transform in to a thermonuclear reactor. My price range is $400 bucks. I've searched officedepot, staples, newegg, walmart, lenovo, dell, hp, etc. and have come up with these cheapest/least crappy laptops. (For some reason best buy has the best prices for pos cheap laptops)

Anyways, if you were poor and had to choose one of these what would you pick? Post any other 15.6 inchers for the same price range if there out there. I pretty much run abunch of firefox tabs all the time and play Terraria and Poker at the Inventory, along with other less demanding type games.

Have you looked at Asus laptops? they are great value for the money and again best buy seems to have good prices on the low end, entry models, even compared to amazon which usually has good prices on asus products. I actually got the K53TA-BBR6 from Bestbuy last summer for 450, meets all of my expectations and one of the few sub 500 laptops with a pretty decent discrete video card for gaming. It was a bestbuy only model and I doubt best buy has them anymore, but they do have quite a few other models in your price range.

I'd probably would look at an i3 at the very least. The builtin HD 3000 graphics is actually not that bad, should play your games quite well; even plays borderlands on medium with acceptable frames.
