i think all of the different components check out.... but i'm not positive. completely open to suggestions

processor
motherboard
harddrive
videocard
memory
power
case
optical

What is your budget?
What is the intended purpose of the build?
that is a big case for small sized components. If you are going to upgrade down the road then i can understand but i thought you were building a HTPC or a SFF lite gaming rig with the components you have.
Please change the PSU Rosewill PSUs aren't of the better quality out there. Go for a Corsair, PC Power and Cooling silencer, or Seasonic. Also change the memory to a 1333 MHz since the board supports it and it doesn't look like you want to OC it.
