Before I got the new Mobo Ram:

ASUS P5Q Pro Turbo. P45 Mobo:

Let me summarize my issue. I got a couple great sets of RAM, individually, they run phenominally, but 2GB doesn't get me anywhere.
With all 4 sticks, the motherboard doesn't seem to want to keep up.
Similarly, for heat-analysis purposes, i ran an stable settings and ran the voltage to 2.4v, very little heat in prime95. That just ain't natural.
I'm thinking there's a huge voltage drop when going to the extra sticks, but the mobo doesn't monitor it.
To see if it's the "4 sticks" issue, I switched with a friend of mine's G-Skill 2x2GB 800 5-5-5-15 set, overclocked, benchmarked. about the same performance, on worse RAM.
ALSO, the P5N really does not like timing adjustments. I couldn't run my A-data set at 4-4-4-11 800 for anything, but it did fine at 1066 5-5-5-15.
So where do I go from here? is it possible that there IS a massive voltage drop, and that increasing it further (risky) to like 2.5v would actually be giving it about 2.2v?
So I get great OC on 2 good sticks, OK OC with 4 good sticks, and the same OC with 2 sticks of budget stuff.
What do 'ye experienst vet'rins see? If you need additional BIOS settings, I'll give 'em.
