Hello, I've recently build my watercooling system, consisting of:

Compression fittings, EK Water Blocks EK-BAY Spin RES DUAL Loop, Swiftech Apogee XT CPU water block, EK 5970 Full Cover Water Block x2, XSPC RX360 x2, Swiftech MCP350 Pump x2, EK Pump Top x2, Feser One Ultra Clear Water, Biocide, Tygon Tubing.

Drawing of my loop

I am so very depressed, I've tried so many things to solve my problems, but nothing has happened, I researched the net, googled it, asked forums and I am STILL clueless, therefor i am trying my luck at you guys.

Last week I put this system together and my GPU loop is making foam, think I might of overdosed on the biocide, I got no clue, this is my first water cooling build ever, and it's really advanced. I drained my GPU loop last night, and it seemed to have thinned it out a bit, and the foam to be less "strong".

Anywho, I'm currently trying to get the air bubbles out of my CPU loop, and whatever i try, nothing happens.. I've read that you should let it run overnight to get the bubbles out and stuff, did that, didn't help at all. Tilted it. Put the cap on, turned on the pumps, turned off the pumps, caps off, repeat. Nothing, here I stand clueless and desperate, asking for help.

I think my res is useless or something, it would appear that its spitting out water, and when air is coming out with the water, it takes it to the bottom, and gets sucked into the loop again. (Anyone with my res please help)

I tried so much, and gone nowhere, I've only faced step backs, nothing positive.

How am I to de-bubbleize my system? Any ideas will probably help.

Thanks in advance, and thanks for your time.

Is it leaking or are there just small air bubbles in it because that isn't necessarily a problem unless it is leaking water get some paper towel and stick them under the loop and see if anything is leaking.

dont fill your reservoir all the way up, leave about a 1/4 inch of empty space at the top. it will catch the air bubbles. after a while you may need to add more fluid as your system catches more of the air in your new 1/4 inch pocket

I'm not yet into water cooling computers. However, If you draw off a sample of what you have in your system and let it sit in an open dish or whatever, and the bubbles do not immediately come to the top and pop, what your dealing with is some form of oil/detergent/chemical contamination. those are the only way your going to get "foam" into your system. Well, there is one other way. If you had a severe restriction on the suction side of your pump that let just enough through to let the pump run, it could, through cavitation, be flashing the biocide and or a combination of it and the coolant into foam.

At any rate test it 1st. then get ready to thoroughly flush your system. I would recommend removing the works, so that each loop can be flush with tap water. You wouldn't want to risk city pressure in your computer. For instance clamping a hose to a hose spigot outside so you get continuous clean water. You could try doing it with say a hose type shower fitting also so that if necessary you could use hot water if the foam is oil based. Just don't try to recirculate from a pail back to a pail. Also do not for get that radiator. Next to cylinder heads, they are some of the worst "Chemical Hideout" offenders. You could even be dealing with a radiator or water block that was int properly cleaned/hot dipped after mfr (by accident).
