I would like to build a HTPC but am afraid the USB cabling or LED diode lines may be to short to reach the front bezel...
What would I do?

You could either try and find longer ones, shot in the dark...

Or

Extend them yourself. You can use wires from a spare usb cable to splice onto the usb wires inside your tower and you could probably use the same type of wire to extend all your other lines. And all you need to do this is some solder, wire strippers/cutters and some heat shrink, if you wanna make it look cleaner you can pickup a bigger size of heat shrink as well to close the splices together after you heat shrinked those.

Thanx, In retrospect I guess I could use mini bullet connectors also.

You could if you wanted to be able to switch out your wires if you get a different case (and need them longer or want them shorter) and save the hassle of resplicing both sides of the wires and what not.
