Nice job. The only thing left to do is clean off the HSF. It looks to have some nasty bad dust built up on it.

Yeah it does.

Also, I notice that you have your ram in banks 0 and 1. To get dual channel performance out of them, and significantly increase the speed of your memory intensive applications, you need to have one stick in one colored slot and a second stick in the other colored slot. So one in bank 0 and one in bank 2. You will then notice when you first start up you computer, an entry that says something about dual channel. Then you know it's set up right.

Also, since you don't have three drives in that lower drive cage, move the drive mounted in the middle to the outside edge of the cage. That way, you will have an opening between the two drives and airflow will be better between the two, keeping them cooler. If the cabling allows, I would set them in the cage so that the PCB's are facing inside....towards each other. This allows the air to flow over the PCB's, cooling the circuitry down better.

Looks pretty good. That's about all I care to do myself now-a-days.

On my motherboard Dual channel is with both sticks next to each other. Take my word on that

But thanks for the suggestion. If I move the hard drives I will have to turn them around, and don't want to do that. Otherwise I would have spaced them apart.

Not always...pic shows his mobo is a Gigabyte GA-K8N Pro-SLi, directly from the manual for that...

it is either 1 per color, or both next to each-other...it varies between different boards...

After reexamination, my only comment is that you should try covering those psu cables...either shrink wrap or some braided cable sleeving...

The PSU cable is sleeved. However it is sleeved short for whatever reason. I ran the cable behind the Motherboard tray, but 95% of the cable is sleeved.

Ahhh, ok. I had a mobo like that once. Screwed me up trying to figure out why it wouldn't post with Dual Channel. I actually had to look in the manual.
