im in the mood to do a mod. i have a bunch of old towers laying around the house that i could use, but im kinda hoping to use my case. i really kinda want to put a clear side panel on the one side but not sure what to do all with it. any ideas? (will be posting pictures of it when i get home)

*Edit* ok so well iv officaly gotten sick of my ugly CRT monitor and desided i want to do something with that.

only thing is im not to sure what i want to do to it.
im not worried about warrenty cause i dont think its had warrenty since the dinosaurse roamed the earth.

so this is what i want to ask is any one got some suggestions?

i really like comps, skateboarding. (i know not much to work with)

any ideas?

Paint it and make a custom mount stand for it.

CRT monitors are Extreamly Dangerous. opening one could result in electrocution if you don't take the utmost caution. After unplugging a CRT monitor, it can hold enough power to kill you for years after that. I would just modify the outside of it and not mess with the inside. A cool idea would to be bondoing on some squarish sides so that there flat, make a ton of holes in it, and have fans strapped to the insides of those to pull air in, and on the other side, have fans pull air out, just an idea tho.

tell me about it. i have to look at it lol but thank god i have a laptop, as for opening it i was only going to remove the internals so that when i paint it i didnt mess anything up on the inside. as for the fans on it would be cool but how would i get power to them?

*edit* for fans i was thinking i could get a couple 120 blue led fans from a buddy of mine who sells pc stuff (see link below) and mount them on the side of the case

off topic

i read on this forum a tut on how to install a fan in the top of your case any one got the link for it by chance?

Why not paint it up as a tribute to Tammy?

One thought, but she might not like it, is airbrush her face on the top. Then around the screen, have that as an open mouth. then on the sides and back have the sides and top of her head.

But I could hear my wife tell me, "so you think I have a big mouth, eh?" Could be trouble, but at the same time, she might be flattered at the notion...

But just a thought.
