I have a black metal case (TT Xaser Skull) and I was wondering if there is anything I can use on it to give it more shine and protect it from fingerprints. Thanks!

clear gloss enamel, spray, preferably Rustoleum (my weapon of choice).

I actually thought about car wax but I figured that would make it a little slippery!

Is it best to spray it on directly or spray it onto a cloth and apply it?

Don't see where car wax would hurt it... my antec sanata came with wax... lol

Exterior Finish: Beautiful, glossy black. Better finish than most cars. The case does show fingerprints, so keep a cloth (and a bottle of carnauba wax) handy when working with the case. Bring this puppy to a LAN party and it will stand out amongst all the garish neon-glowing plexiglass monsters like a Tuxedoed James Bond at a Las Vegas casino - all class and style. Other reviewers disliked the "Antec" drilled in the side of the case; I don't mind it so much, though it does defeat the air filter somewhat.

Almost sounds like the Silverstone 'Gloria' case. I got that not too recently. It's beautiful, but not very well thought out on the inside. From what I have seen, that antec stomps all over this case in terms of layout.

This case (the silverstone) uses 120mm fans too, BUT the crappy 'grille' for the intake and exhaust is too restrictive. Even with the fans at full speed they hardly moved any air. I had to take the ol' dremel to it to fix that problem.

Thanks to everyone for the input! I think I'm going to go with the rustoleum idea, that seems to be the easiest solution.

I would spray it on. Clothing it on you might miss spots and it wouldn't look right. you want to get an even coat. or it will look odd.
