So I have an HP Mini 1115NR with a broken screen. I want to set a server from that computer. Is there any way that A) I can hard wire the screen to either an hdmi or vga cable. Or B) use basically all the components on the computer and hook them up to a secondary computer and run them off of the cpu from that computer only.

Unfortunately no. Laptops use a different video standard known as FPD-Link, which is not compatible with either DVI or VGA, and as far as I know, there's no converter for it.

According to page 6 of the Owner's Manual located here:
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01657997.pdf
there is an "Expansion Port" on the left side, which "Connects an optional VGA cable, which allows you to
connect an external VGA monitor or projector."
The problem is that this port is not a standard VGA D-sub connector, so some sort of weird VGA cable is needed, as shown on Page 37.
