Yep on both. I'm working on a life size R2D2. Check my site at: www.tgsmods.com to see it. I have used water-cooling, but it's no competition to phase change cooling.

Those mods are fantastic! I'm very curious to know though. What's the range on the cost for creating one of these?

Cheapest would be under $20, to the most expensive - R2-D2: $400

What, bolting stuff to a wall?

Why the huge bump here mang? It's 4 years, and doesn't relate at all to the original post. You've done some fun stuff, but this new mod is screwing stuff to a wall. Not a mod.

What do you want done with this? Delete my response and make a new post in another section? This section...you make the call. But I can coat the OUTSIDE of my house with parts, and that'd just take a few hours and $25 worth of screws. Not a mod.

I'd say we agree to make a new thread and dismiss the 5 year bump stuff.

I don't think the mod included the motherboards attached to the wall, I think it was the case and the stuff inside, as well as the monitor that counts as the mod.

It is a mod. It was a display box turned in a PC. This is my 33rd mod in 7 years. See the worklog

My comment was intended for the OP, not necessarily the wall of parts. I assume the rest was directed at the OP.

Sorry. Just noticed it was a thread about all your mods.

But you're missing 30 of them then. I was just picking on one of them. All of those computer aren't operational. One is, and it's screwed to a wall. i call that art, and not much more.

I've modded too. If not once out of hobby, but 23 I got receipts for. I only have one log, and it's not even a good one. I must be bad at it.

All the motherboards on the wall are just decorational and yes not part of the mod. None of them work. The box frame in the middle is the PC.
