Its a somewhat tricket out case already. I would consider painting the drive bezels black - or finding black ones if possible.

The fan on the side could use some treatment - maybe a laser cut grill, or if you want to get your hands dirty, Maybe an Owen's style fan mod:

It really depends on how far you want to go. If you want to do a full blown mod, you need to decide on a theme. Check out the MPC gallery. You will notice that they have a theme.

Whats your theme gonna be?

....a side panel window on the other side of the case - the side that has the back of the motherboard tray. I did this with my Unreal case in 2002, and the results were stunning. The depth is very minimal - maybe an inch if you are lucky. I tried using cold cathodes along the window edge once it was installed, but I didn't have room against the motherboard tray - so I ended up using LEDs to light up the edges of the window. Now having a window and looking at a blank area (probably unpainted) isn't good by itself. So you want to paint the interior (I chose black), and then - here comes the best part, you paint a logo, picture, or what ever in UV sensitive paints on the backside of the motherboard tray. If you can use UV-LEDs or UV-cold cathodes at the top of the side panel, away from the motherboard tray, you might get it to fit and glow pretty bright. That's my suggestion!
