this tutorial looks pretty sik. I am confused about the LEDs and resistors and such though :? . Mabe sumone with sum technical/electrical know how can answer:
Which LED and Resistor should i use?

I have decided to use a 5V LED because i think i wont have to use a resistor... Is it true? and if a resistor is needed, which one like how many ohms?

And second question is do i NEED to solder the LED or could i use electrical tape or sumother means of doing it. (I do not own a soldering iron or a dremmel :( )
Plz and thx :D

you will want to solder the items due to the way that they are going to fit into the molex connector, and to make sure that they will stay securely together. you really dont need a dremel for this mod. i found that you could just sorta manhandle it. just take a pair of needlenose pliers and rip out the plasic in between the wires, you can get it out if you sort of grab it with the pliers and twist the connector. the plastic should shear away. not the prettiest thing or the most finesse-ish method but it worked for me when i tried it. then simply take a thin file, like the one on a leatherman wave(thats what i used) and file until the led fits in. the walkthrough also mentions the a knife or a pair of sidecutters will work. my method just went the way it did due to what i had laying around on my desk
