My ongoing project
Is it cost-effective? No, I could have bought an Antec 300 with the amount of money I've spent on the mod
Is it worth the time? No, I've spent hours upon hours on the mod.
Is it easier then buying a high-end case? No way.
Is it better then a high-end case? I think the looks are on par with any high-end case, and functionally its up there with the better mATX cases, but its still just an mATX case. Like I said, just buying a 300 would have been more functional.
If you want to mod an old case to be better then a new case because you don't want to spend the money on a new case, DON'T DO IT. You'll be wasting your time. You mod a case because you want to mod it, you want to learn and use the skills it takes, and because its fun to do. If you don't enjoy the process of modding it, it's not worth it.
