I have an Antec Sonata case that i want to add awindow to. My problem is that it has a quick release handle on it and I want to put a edgeless window on it. How do i cut the window out without messingup the paint on the outside?

never really tried cutting a window, because my Antec case came with one. I can give some things that may help. I would put masking tape along the outside of where you are cutting so you wouldn't scratch it. If it you accidently end up scratching it, I bet you can find a side panel that comes with a window pre-installed.

The paint really shouldn't be a concern that I see. Cut it close, then rough sand in the details. That's just what I'd do anyway, and sounds good here as well.

A block with some 80grit should chew it up nice and flat. Without the block, a straight line can be hard to achieve. Some have steady hands and a good eye; some can't see that their line is like a weather map with all the high's and low's...
