This HAF makes me nerdgasm. How is such a good paintjob performed. Because mine could really use a paintjob.

Wow that's an amazing rig. I don't know if its me, but that picture took way to long to download. Anyway, that is a damn fine case. I like the red on black because the red doesn't seem to overpower the black on a stock case.

In that case (har har har), I'd just go with this and be done with it. Not to mention the awesome AMD Dragon on the window too.

I really like bbecker42's link that is a really clean simple work of art. Except for the CM shield on the front all the "Me To" crap is gone and the paint work appears to be smoot as a baby's butt. As neat as those side windows are done I could almost reconsider not having them.

I would but I have an Intel proc and I already own the HAF. I just want to know how to make mine like that.

Easiest and most expensive way to do it is see if your local car paint shop will shoot your case for you. Call around and see if anyone has any experience with computer cases, or if they are willing to at least talk to you about it.

Otherwise, get yourself some cool poof can, masking tape, disassemble that sucker and go to town!

i painted the inside of my HAF932 with PlastiDip. works great so far. not as shiny as NORMAL paint, i suppose, but if you mes sup, peel/rub it off when it dries and try again.

http://www.plastidip.com/

comes in a variety of colors, and as a tip, might not want to put more than 2 coatings..i put 4, and when i stuck the PSU bracket back in, it stuck to the bottom inside of the case, so when i had to remove it temporarily, it peeled some off.

What's wrong with White on Red? It looks like a old Ford Mustang

Honestly, with it being a High Air Flow design, I think it'd be awesome to see it with a custom "clouds in the sky" paint job. It only seems appropriate if you ask me.

OK well being extremely poor(ActionPC wont hire 15 y/o's) I dont think automotive paint is a reasonable way to get my case painted.

How could I paint it so that the paint I do looks like what came with it(like same shininess and color)?

Here is a pretty comprehensive guide to painting a case- http://case-mods.linear1.org/case-mod-101-how-to-paint-your-computer-case-part-1/

If you have the patience, this shows you how to get a better finish than any stock case would have. Otherwise, you can skip the wet sanding steps and have a pretty nice finish also.
