email@example.com is where you get your return number. Just send them an e-mail (to above address) detailing your problem and they will either tell you what the problem might be or give you a RMA number like I just received...my 3com nic port quit :-/
I would also advicse:
Do you have any task bars working? The kind that pop up when you need them? Like hiding the XP start bar.
I have three. When I play a game I have to close or unhide them all or I have the problem you speak of (similar). The game actualy minimizes during play and my screen restores to the desktop at a wrong resolution. It sounds horrible as the monitor sync and resyncs. AND, the game gets totally unstable.
