Partition I want to remove:
H: 149.05 GB NTFS (System, Active, Primary Partition)
Admin has full control
OH.... that's bad news for you... The "System" partition should be a 100MB unlettered partition on your C: hard drive. "H: 149.05 GB NTFS (System
, Active, Primary Partition)"
Means that because of the pre-exisiting OS installation, when you installed the second OS, Windows installation automatically choose this partion to store install info on, because the default location already existed, and will never overwrite a pre-existing partition unless forced to do so.
This is how a proper dual-boot should look:
Disk 0 - D: actually has its own 100MB "System" partition, but it only shows up when I'm logged into that OS, or use something like Parted Magic to look at the partitions.
