I have my computer set to turn monitor off after 10mins but it's not set to go into sleep or standby. Once i move my mouse to wake the screen up I can't move the mouse and then I get a BSOD after about 15-20s. This has happened three times in the last week. Below is the error code that I get. Looking at the interwebs, this is related to your graphics card. Either update the drivers (or roll back to a previous version if you're up to date) or disable sleep features in BIOS.

I agreed with the above poster.

I would suggest we reset the Bios default.

If still the same problem, try install the new mobo chipset driver, must reboot, then install the video card driver.

Next time to wake up the PC, we may also try to use the KB as well.

Hope this helps.
