Dell XPS 8500 2tb with UEFI, Secure Boot & Win8.

When I select Disk Backup Acronis True Image(ATI) shows no drive or partitions. I can see the OS partition and folders if I choose Data Backup. ATI still backs it up though to another PC on the network.

Anything I need to change to make everything visible in Disk Baclup? TIA

ATI 2013 version 16.0.6514

Just a guess, you may have to turn on sharing on the two drives you want to backup from and too.

Right click the drive, choose properties, choose sharing and set it up. Try backing up the drive now, does it work and can you see it?

Make sure the drive is initialized. If booting up, and using Windows 8, you may need to change the UEFI to legacy support

Completely shut down your computer.
Power on the system. As soon as the first logo screen appears, immediately press F2 to enter the BIOS.
Use the right arrow key to select Boot.
With Boot Mode highlighted, press Enter, and then use the down arrow to select Legacy BIOS.
Press Enter.
Press F10, and select Yes to save the change and exit the BIOS.
