I've had my new PC built since Sunday and it has ran fine up until today  Today it randomly shutdown in the middle of something and tried to restart but shut back down instantly. I tried to start it again and it shut down instantly again. It kept doing this until I unplugged from the wall and let it completely power down and waited. After a bit I got it fired up and running and worked fine for about 15-20 minutes and started doing it again..... I am so lost on what the issue is. :(

CPU: i5-3570k
Heatsink: Cooler Master 212 Hyper EVO
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z77x-UD3H
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 256GB
Memory: G. Skills Rip Jaws x 8GB(2x4) DDR3-1600
PSU: NZXT HALE 90 750W
Case: NZXT Phantom 410
OS: Windows 8

If anyone has any suggestions they are much appreciated, thank you.

It's the power supply. You should replace it.

Yup! It's almost certainly the PSU. I would bet that the +5v rail is putting out much less than its purported +5v. Check the PC Health Status in the motherboard's BIOS and see if that is the case. If so, then you definitely need to replace the PSU.

The BIOS isn't fitting my screen very well but what I am able to see is

PU VCore 1.152 v
ram voltage 1.524 v
3.3v 3.363 v
12v 12.096 v

I have no idea what the 3.3v and 12v is I am assuming the Other two are CPU and Vram

Any idea what this means????

The voltages are fine, but either way, this is a PSU problem.
