I just finished putting my computer together, and i'm installing OEM Windows 7 64-bit from the disc. after windows loads files, i get a black screen and error message that says: "Windows failed to start. a recent hardware or software change may be the cause. to fix the problem, then it gives me the repair computer steps. it also says File: \windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe Status: 0xc0000098 Info: windows failed to load because the kernel is missing or corrupt."
I don't know what to do because i can't access windows at all, is there something i can do in BIOS to fix this?
