Maximum PC

I just finished putting my computer together, and i'm installing OEM Windows 7 64-bit from the disc. after windows loads files, i get a black screen and error message that says:
"Windows failed to start. a recent hardware or software change may be the cause. to fix the problem, then it gives me the repair computer steps. it also says
File: \windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
Status: 0xc0000098
Info: windows failed to load because the kernel is missing or corrupt."

I don't know what to do because i can't access windows at all, is there something i can do in BIOS to fix this?

No. You need a Windows install disk to do a repair install.

So if i only have the OEM disk i can't do a repair install? is there anything i can do?

If you can install Windows from it, you can do a repair install
