What's the quickest, cheapest way to transfer my entire OS from my one SSD over to my brand new SSD?

I don't want to install Win 7 and then have to install 10000gigs of updates on my new SSD. Any free proggys out there that will help out with this?

"robocopy /copyall /mir /xj <source> <destination>" in the command line.

Or http://www.easeus.com/disk-copy/home-edition/

Or possibly a Parted Magic live CD.

When I transferred my OS from my hd to my ssd I used the Easeus Partition Master program. Worked flawlessly. I recommend it.

Just clone the hard drive just make sure the new drive is the same size or larger than the old one.

Boot a linux disk...

Find out your drives. Assuming the first disk is mounted as /dev/sda and the 2nd as /dev/sdb

dd if=/dev/sda of=/dev/sdb bs=4096k

Go hang out at a local bar while waiting...
