Maximum PC

Anyone have the issue where in the OUtlook mail reading pane where the mouse cursor will flash quickly between the circle/hour glass and the pointer? This also happens in all Office products including Word, but doesn't happen anywhere else on my system, so I'm thinking it's related to Office.

I've tried the fix to change the default printer, but that doesn't work.
I know it's not a virus or malware, but it's getting rather annoying. It only occurs in certain areas of the screen, though. So for example, in Outlook, it doesn't happen when I'm browse through the list of emails, but it does when I'm hovering over the reading pane display of an email. IN Word, it does it on the document, but not when I go somewhere else on the screen.

Any ideas? It appears to be a problem (search Google)

It is probably the AutoSave feature kicking in, but for what ever reason yours is slow so you get the hourglass.
