Need help with replacement of motherboard and CPU. I am looking for a New ATX Motherboard. All my software programs are the old windows xp and 98 programs. I am looking for a motherboard that will be compatible with Windows XP PRO 32 and 64 Bit. Any suggestions appreciative
Don’t need to start from scratch. I have a good Cooler Master case, several hard drives, DVD burners and power supplies. All I need is a halfway decent Mother board and processor. I don’t want to spend any more then $150 to $200.

You have not given us enough information.

What CPU are you using?

What Videocard are you using? (if any)

What Soundcard are you using? (if any)

CPU: AMD A8-5500 APU ($105)
Motherboard: MSI FM2-A55M-E33 ($50)
RAM: G.SKILL DDR3-1333 2GBx2 ($22)

I'm assuming you have an old system, so chances are you can't recycle the RAM.
