Maximum PC

Hello everyone

I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction for a minor problem that I don't know how to solve. I just built a new computer with the following parts:

Intel I5 3570K
Asus Sabertooth Z77
Windows 7 x64 (came with SP1 and is now completly updated)
Samsung 840 Pro 256GB SSD
WD Caviar Black 1TB HDD

I Installed Windows 7 onto the SSD and I will also be using it for a few programs, but what I would like is to put all my documents, pics, music and movies on the HDD. My issue with this is that windows will want to save all these files to my SSD (C drive) and slot them into their respective folders (My Pictures, My Music, ect.) Is there a way to move the default location of My Pictures, My Music, My Documents folders so that it saves them on my HDD (F drive)? I use iTunes for all of my music and movies. I notices that when I installed iTunes, it saved under Programs but it also gave me the option to save my music and movies wherever i wanted. I can reinstall iTunes and this would eliminate 95% of my problem but that still leaves my pictures and documents to deal with. any help would be greatly appreciated.
