Hello, I have an OCZ ModXstream Pro 700 power supply, and I plan on putting it into my Fractal Design R4 case. I was wondering which way the fan should point. Up or down? There are holes in the bottom of the case, and the case will be on a table top.

Does it even matter which way?

Judging by the case, and the assumption that the fan is an intake, it depends on how much clearance you have from the bottom. If you're on a hard surface, from the bottom. If you're on a soft surface (carpet), from the top.

^ good smart advice! In all my R4 builds the fan orientation is always up. The probability is too high of just too much crap on the floor to justify a 180.

OK guys, I think I will be cautious and go fan side up. There's no mention in the book, or the OCZ web site I could find about that.
