I have a batch file that works on my mom's computer with a Celeron Processor and specs to match it that came out when Vista first came out, and my school computer, but it doesn't work on my computer. And I am certain that the batch file does more than it does on my computer before it crashes.

What this batch file does is compiles scripts for a game and puts them into the corresponding file as two files gameexe.dat and scene.pck.

This is the batch file here: http://www.mediafire.com/?56bee1j6detzj5t
And here is the .exe that crashes: http://www.mediafire.com/?940xffgxr6c9qw2

set RewriteDirectory="C:\Program Files (x86)\Key\Rewrite"

cd tools\

encryptdat.exe ../Gameexe.ini ../Gameexe.dat

@echo off
mkdir ..\Scene-EN\SceneNew >nul 2>&1
for %%s in (..\CodeFiles\\*.ss) do echo Inserting %%~nxs... && utf2uni.exe "..\Scene-EN\%%~ns-str.txt" "uni-temp.txt" && ssinsert-v200.exe "%%s" "uni-temp.txt" "..\Scene-EN\SceneNew\%%~nxs"
copy /Y ..\CodeFiles\var*.dat ..\Scene-EN\SceneNew\var*.dat >nul 2>&1
copy /Y ..\CodeFiles\list.dat ..\Scene-EN\SceneNew\list.dat >nul 2>&1
@echo Finished inserting scripts
createpck.exe "..\Scene-EN\SceneNew" "..\Scene.pck" -e
@echo on
@echo Finished packing new Scene.pck

cd ..\

move /Y Gameexe.dat %RewriteDirectory%
move /Y Scene.pck %RewriteDirectory%

The folder I copy it into is as follows:

And here are the errors I get:

After clicking: Close program, I get this for a split second (Recorded using a screen capture program)

And this is a list of the files in the folder:

Inside the codefiles folder: (This is what is used, I believe)

http://puu.sh/1kjLY (All the vars files are .dat)

And just in case it's needed, here's the files in the Scene-EN folder:

and inside the SceneNew folder:

I've already done a complete factory restore from disc (Had to download the drivers as well) by deleting everything everything in my partitions, thus starting completely fresh, and this same problem occurred before and after I did the factory restore.

It works for everyone else on the team, and every computer except the one I use! Please help!

If needed, my computer info is as follows:
