Location: The kitten above is not on fire.
I jus got a new pc so i figured on my old one id install linux and mess around with it a little. So i popped in the linux disk and booted up the pc. Well the pc just started windows insted of booting off the disk drive. What should i do????

so you want to boot off the linux cd if im correct. well in that case you will need to go into the bios and set your first boot device to "cdrom." then save bios settings, restart your computer with your linux cd inside the cdrom and thats it. good luck

Well you can start with what you downloaded.

And it usually helps to have the CD-Rom before the HD in the boot order.
