Maximum PC

I have a 40gig SSD, and im running out of space on it. I dont keep any programs on the main drive except, the OS. I believe that most of the space is being taken up by all of the updates. All of my programs are kept on an 2 HDD.

So I have a older MB, CPU Intel E6750 I know I could build a new computer but money is tight right now.
My SSD right now is - Intel SSDSA2CT040G3 - so should i just get a bigger SSD and then trasnfer the OS and files to the new drive?

Is your Users folder on C:\? Because this is where all of your temp files are stored, and many programs are bad at cleaning up after themselves.

You could also try running CCleaner

Yes all of my files are the C:\, thanks for CCleaner. I forgot about this program.
You were right about the cleanup programs. there were 4gigs there alone in the system files.

In total i removed 6gigs. thanks for the help.

You can also move your pagefile off the SSD to the HDD. Performance may drop, but it's probably not noticeable unless you start eating your RAM through the roof.
