Maximum PC

So, I got my first computer about 6 months ago, and i have found a couple problems...
But, I'm not going to list them for you. I have one question about apple products... my friend has an alienware with the same problem.
anyways, both safari and i tunes WILL NOT connect to the internet. I have no idea why this would happen... the only thing I can think of that may be a problem is the alienware programs, or the
alienware theme.
can anyone help me?

without listing the problems it would be hard to help.
That said, if you got it 6 months ago, you should still be under warranty and should/can call dell/alienware tech support.

can other apps access the internet, try firefox, or open a command prompt and ping google.

are your drivers up to date?

uninstall and re-install the apple apps.

Or you can wipe the machine and re-install the OS, drivers, and apps.
