All right i will get straight to the point. I own a old Lenovo think pad with the aforementioned graphics card and windows refuses to allow proper access to the card driver making it useless for the most part. I am running Xp sp3 and I have already tried to update the driver but yet again it refuses to up date at all also on a side note Terraria isn't picking up the card either.

I suppose I'll ask a stupid question: are you sure the model you have has a Mobility Radeon 7500? (not an HD 75xx)

And how does it refuse to update? Does it just flatout say "cannot find the hardware"?

Try the driver for your Lenovo from its website. Sometimes they fudge around with the driver to get their system running as best as they can.

@sharp tooth yes its a ati radeon 7500 mobility it is are uncommon video cardfrom right before ati got bought out by amd
