Maximum PC

Hi, I am getting a Windows 7 (64 bit) update error when my computer tries to install update KB2633952. I'm not sure whether the error has anything to do with this particular update or not. I was getting this error earlier on the service pack 1 update. eventually I just re-installed windows, and the problem went away. now it is back. The error code is 80070017.

I've tried to use the install disc to try to repair windows and I've also tried the following:

I've tried to Google this, but don't find a whole lot of hits on this particular error. any suggestions?
