Maximum PC

I hope that someone here in MaxPC will have the answer I am looking for. Whenever I restart my computer 9 out 10 my TVersity will partially work. I get the message unable to connect to server under my settings sections to add file or access accounts. The only fix I can do is to reinstall the program. I have looked at forums on Tversity and nothing helpful for a permanent fix other that the what I think the programer should figure out. I purchased this product to view streaming and pretty much supports all types of codecs. Now if only I can get it to work after a computer reboot. The other issue this thing has is I can't save hulu or youtube and other accounts so that I can access I get an save error, but will save if I remove account info. Go figure other issues. Anyone can help would be great.

I would get my money back if you used a credit card. You can dispute the charge for bad software.

Would love to do so, but just to contact them is not much of any help at their website. They don't have any contact info, other than having you to go into forums and such. Maybe MaxPC can send them the DOG.

Like I said, if you used your credit card dispute the charge for the software through your credit card company not the software company..

Ok, I have figured out how to port Tversity and view from other computers. If anybody else have the same issue here it is.
You port your main pc IP address that has Tversity installed on, http://localhost:41952/flashlib/ for your main pc to access via web base and http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:41952/flashlib/ and if you check the box in tversity settings for user and password, it will ask you to enter such. Now I also learned that "flashlib" allows you to view your files and the main pc will decode for you wherever your accessing it from. As for the HULU, YOUTUBE not being able to save, it has something to do with hulu log int, youtube seems to work with no problem, as for the reinstall, well will have to wait and see when it happens again.
