I use Norton 360 for antivirus and it came with backup facilities. I backup to an external hard drive and have recently noticed that the backup is 237gb but my hard drive in the pc only has used 121gb. Would anyone have an idea of why the backup is double and what I can do?

Possibly it's creating a new system image each time instead of an incremental backup. You'll need to decide if you want to back up your entire system, or just your files. You should be able to specify which in the program's settings. Hope this helps!
